Visa Requirements
Turkey demands an official entry visa from citizens of several countries.The most up-dated visa information can be received from the Internet site: http://www.mfa.gov.tr/visa-information-for-foreigners.en.mfa. However it is recommended to consult to the nearest Turkish Missions to find out if a visa is required for your entry to Turkey. The minimum validity of the passport should be six months.

Liability and Insurance
The congress organizers will not accept liability for personal injury or loss/damage to property/belongings of participants or accompanying persons, either before, during or following the congress, tours or their stay in Istanbul, Turkey. It is therefore recommended that participants arrange their own personal health, accident and travel insurance. Most Turkish hospitals accepts most foreign health insurances.

Airport Information
There are 2 airport terminals in Istanbul. Atatürk International Airport (IST) at Yesilköy is located twenty-five kilometers west of Taksim Square (about 40km from the Koc University campus).There are direct flights to every European capital, and many to Asia, USA, and the Middle East. The modern International Terminal is spacious and efficient, with all the expected services including an Airport Hotel. An underground passage (15-minute walk) connects the International Terminal with the older Domestic Terminal and also the Istanbul Metro. A taxi from the airport to Taksim Square will cost approximately US$35 or €25. The trip takes between 35 and 75 minutes depending on traffic.

The other airport terminal is Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (SAV) that is located on the anatolian part of the city.
