Poster Guidelines

Posters that you've prepared will be displayed on 5 feet (h) X 2.7 feet (w) (154 cm X 85 cm) boards. Therefore, the maximum allowable poster size is A0 standart paper size: 46.81 inch (h) X 33.11 inch (w) (1189 mm X 841 mm).

It is important for you to be present at your poster for questions and discussion for the entire poster session. Your poster can be posted Wednesday morning in order to give attendees additional time to view the posters during the breaks.

For your display, please use font size large enough so that your text is easily readable from a distance of 3 feet. It is best to have more pictures than text since the goal of the poster is to lead to an extensive interaction between the presenter and people walking through the poster session.

Carefully and completely prepare your poster well in advance of the conference.

You must take down your poster immediately after the conference.  Organizers will not be responsible for lost poster(s).
